The largest of the event spaces is located on the bottom level of the No. One Eloff building. The blank canvas can be setup for any clients’ requirements, catering for bigger events such as music shows, festivals, exhibitions, launches, fashion shows conferences and year-end events with a capacity of up to 2000 people. Alternatively the space is easily sub-divided into three smaller spaces, catering for more intimate events such as launches, VIP experiences and pop-ups.
The event space, does not offer any bar services currently. Clients are allowed to setup their own bar services or use a third party bar service. Alternatively the event team can assist with arranging an onsite tenant to assist with bar services on request.
The Event space does not offer any catering services, the venue has an available kitchen for clients to make use of for external caterers. If clients would like the event team t source caterers, this can be done on request.
The Main Hall is a raw space and therefore no furniture comes with the space, additional furniture that is required must be supplied by the client as per their requirements. Clients are welcome to make use of the furniture or bring in additional furniture as required.
The building offers basic on-site security, additional security and cleaning services are required for all large events. The venue can assist with arranging security guards, event security or MIBs as per the event requirements at an additional cost. All events require cleaning services for event cleaning; this is an additional charge that will be supplied with the quotation. However clients can make prior arrangements with the venue are allowed to make use of their own accredited preferred suppliers.
The Main Hall provides 2 sets of unisex bathrooms consisting of 5 stalls each, one located on the lower level and one on the upper level. For larger events such as festivals, portable toilets need to be hired in.
One Eloff offers 100 parking bays available on the rooftop of the building. Additional parking is available in nearby parking lots and shuttle service can be used.
Included in the main venue space is storage space for equipment, deliveries or additional furniture, which is easily accessible.
A loading bay of 45 square meters is available that opens out directly to Wemmer Jubilee which can be used for load-ins of large and small vehicles directly into the event space.
Currently none of the available venues have any technical equipment; however the events team can assist in hiring any requirements for any event. The main hall offers high ceilings for rigging purposes and large white walls for easy projection.

All events must comply with health and safety regulations. Required documents for JOC application and approval can be requested from the events team. The Joziburg Lane makes use of a third party for compliance for each event.
